We reserve the right to alter this tariff without notification. All reservations must be confirmed with a credit card number or by writing/email directly to the hotel within 7 days of the initial reservation.

We reserve the right to charge in full for any confirmed reservations not taken up and/or to cancel without notice any unconfirmed reservations. Payment must be in full on departure unless prior credit arrangements have been confirmed in writing. Rooms are not available for occupation until after 3.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.00am on the day of departure. Late departures will be charged at the full daily rate.

We accept Access, Visa, cheques up to the value for the supporting guarantee card, 1 cheque per transaction, sterling travellers cheques and British currency. A valid credit card must be presented for pre-authorisation on check-in or cash Home deposit paid for the value of the stay.
